Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. In fact, all staff were very nice. I was asked if I preferred ground or first floor, and was given a first floor room overlooking the car park. Not a problem as it was quiet and not overlooked. Breakfast was superb! Help yourself and weekends have cooked English to fill your plate. Very comfy and clean room and bathroom, with iron and hairdryer, and air-conditioning that you can set yourself. Fabulous location with a petrol station and a restaurant in hopping distance, just off the A120.

The room was large with a king-size bed and a sofa plus a couple of upright chairs. Shower was great. I love that the Holiday Inn Express still provides extra items such as an ironing board and iron in the room. The buffet breakfast is included in the room price and there's plenty of choice. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Parking is free and it was easy to find a space. There's a Toby Carvery on the same site which was a reasonably priced venue for our evening meal. So overall a really good overnight stay.

Our room was on the first floor with access by stairs and lift/elevator. Check-in and check-out processes were simple and in line with the booking. Breakfast exceeded expectations with gluten-free, cereal, continental and regular English options. Tables were cleared and cleaned promptly as guests left the breakfast hall. Staff members were friendly and helpful. There was ample free parking available for both of the nights of our stay.

Staff are very friendly, made me feel welcome straight away. The room is nice and clean(spacious) Bathroom large ideal for disabled guests. Tea and coffee facilities enough. Welcome mint chocolate was nice. Iron and ironboard also available.. Breakfast buffet was OK, but I would of preferred fried eggs or bolied eggs as I don't like scrambled eggs, but that's me.I would still suggest the Inn.

Lady at reception was so kind to us. We were travelling for a wedding and needed to change- she was so accommodating and really helped us. I didn't catch her name but she had a fringe and wore glasses (dark hair) thank you again! The breakfast was just what I needed! Good variety of things to select. Food was hot and very relaxed atmosphere
